Self-Directed Support Scheme allows people, their carers and their families to make informed choices on what their support looks like and how it is delivered, making it possible to meet agreed personal outcomes.
Self Directed Funding includes an option to employ your own carers (employees).
We can help you :-
get registered as an Employer
provide forms for new employees to collect details to process payroll
process payroll and provide payslips for Employees
let you know how much you have to pay to HMRC and when
submit all paperwork to HMRC RTI PAYE Filing (Real Time Information)
provide Payroll Year End reports and P60s for employees (after 5th April)
In addition, there may be other options to consider eg will you have to provide an Employers Pension.
