Changing the way we work
It's been a while since we added a news post to our website - time disappears and seems to go even faster at the moment.
Like millions of other people during the coronavirus crisis, we've adapted the way we work to enable us to continue helping our clients from home.
Thankfully we both have good broadband connections where we live and this makes life a lot easier!
One of the changes we have implemented is joining the Quickbooks Pro Advisor Programme.
There are a variety of book-keeping applications to choose from and we've always preferred Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop compared to Xero **

There are a wide variety of add-ons to streamline and automate systems even further in their Quickbooks App store.
We know the adverts make book-keeping look easy…but… there are scenarios where book-keeping can be tricky and you may need assistance to balance your books.
After 20 years of book-keeping we’ve got our tried and tested methodology and have revised to fit with 21st century practise.
** Some people prefer tea others coffee and this is probably the same with Xero v Quickbooks, at the end of the day they perform the same functions. We're delighted to provide support for businesses using Xero - no change there and no requirement to change accounting software.
